Abstract:

The major focus of the study is on the effectiveness of knowledge transfer, employee mobility and the job crafting as antecedents of biotechnological firms’ success. The study has examined that mediating role of innovation performance. This study is conducted in the biotechnology sector in Australia. The study used a quantitative research method and collective data by utilizing a questionnaire. The sample size of the study is 202. Data has been statistically analyzed. The findings of the study have shown that task mobility, knowledge transfer, job crafting and innovation performance had significant and positive impact on the firm’s success. However, there is an insignificant impact of task mobility, job crafting and knowledge transfer on innovation performance of the firm. Furthermore, the mediating impact of innovation performance was found to be significant between task mobility and firm success.
