Abstract:

The present research has assessed bio-entrepreneurship education through school innovation climate and students learning engagement. The mediation of teacher’s attitude towards innovative education and the moderating role teacher’s resilience have been observed in this regard. Questionnaires were disbursed among the target audience out of which the researcher analyzed 246 questionnaires as adequate and complete survey forms. Results demonstrated that SI insignificantly associates with BEE whereas, SLE significantly impacts BEE. The mediation of TAI has also been resulted to be insignificant between SI and BEE, whereas the mediation of TAI has been resulted to be significant between SLE and BEE. The moderation of teacher’s resilience is insignificant in the study. The present research holds various theoretical and practical implications. The study extends the theory regarding Bio-entrepreneurship Education in an Evolving Industry. The practical insights can also be gained through this study by considering the importance of teacher’s attitude towards innovation in bio-entrepreneurship education. The research shortcomings and future directions have also been addressed in the last section of this paper.
