Abstract:

In order to research challenges related to the design and implementation of a construction project management system. This study develops a hybrid genetic algorithm-based construction project schedule optimization system, analyzes the needs of a design project management system using contemporary system management tools, builds a system B/S structure, enhances system design functionality and guarantees the ruction project management system can be optimized. The design of a construction project management system can be applied in practice to realize the scientific management of engineering construction, which not only boosts engineering construction's effectiveness but also significantly lowers project management costs, raises the caliber of engineering construction project management and is crucial. The conclusion establishes that the hybrid genetic algorithm-based construction project schedule optimization system can successfully avoid the drawbacks of the existing construction project management, increase project management effectiveness, and have good application value.
