Digital health perspective construction of evidence-based research on the mental health of college students

Abstract:

In order to improve the accuracy of the analysis of college students’ mental health status and strengthen the effect of college students’ mental health education and the treatment of college students’ mental problems, this paper uses big data technology as the basis to improve the big data technology to meet the needs of college students’ mental health data analysis. Moreover, this paper combines the actual needs of the mental health of college students to construct an intelligent mental health education and treatment system on the basis of evidence-based concepts from the perspective of digital health. In addition, this paper analyzes the actual needs of colleges and universities for the investigation and analysis of the mental health status of college students from multiple angles to construct the system function structure, from the perspective of digital health, and conduct in-depth analysis of the system operation process to construct a complete system function module. Finally, this paper uses experimental research to evaluate the performance of the system constructed in this paper. From the research results, it can be known that the system constructed in this paper has certain practical effects.
