The digital self-perception of college students in colleges and universities is concentrated at a high level, with only a small number of students scoring below 25. Through digital psychological teaching, students’ psychological cognition level increased by 19%, 14% more than the normal teaching method. The research in this paper has some guiding significance for the development of psychological education in colleges and universities.
