Abstract:

The present study focused on the impact of employee-based Factors and related them to the venture success within the biotechnology sector of Malaysia. The study postulated that interpersonal and intellectual expertise would influence the biotechnology venture success in Malaysia and also that collaborative knowledge transition would moderate these associations. The study was carried out in Malaysia, and data was collected through a structured questionnaire that was disseminated in various research institutes, And organizations relevant to the biotechnology sector. The findings suggest that there was a significant indirect impact of intellectual and interpersonal expertise on the venture success within the biotechnology sector. However, the presence of collaborative knowledge transition didn't either positively or negatively moderate the association between the explanatory and dependent factors.
