Abstract:

Maintaining ethical constraints holds greater significance in the field of medicine. Taking this into consideration, the present study aims to assess the attitudes of patients toward ethics and privacy in AI-Driven personalized medicine. The researcher has analyzed it through privacy, human element, quality, and security. The moderating role of shared decision-making has also been observed in this regard. This study has been conducted by implementing a ‘quantitative research design’. The researcher assessed the cause-and-effect association among variables. Data was analyzed through SPSS. The results depicted that PA and HE significantly influenced ATM, whereas QA insignificantly impacted ATM. The moderation of SDM was resulted to be significant between QA and ATM. The other two moderations of SDM between PA, HE and ATM were insignificant. This study adds beneficial insights into the growing body of literature. Moreover, this study also ensures the provision of beneficial practical insights for the people belonging to the medical field regarding the importance of personalized medicines. The research limitations and future indications have also been presented for increasing the generalizability of research.
